We agree all rental items we be in excellent condition and professionally decorated in accordance with the agreed upon item or package reserved. You agree to have the pre-arranged venue location open and ready for set up. You agree that the set up area will be free from any articles or items that may inhibit delivery and set up of your decorations and/or food. This includes excess chairs and tables, personal items, trash, and clearing out of any groups or parties that may be previously using the same venue. You agree to set up any tables and chairs you will be using. You also agree to pay an additional minimum charge of at least $150 if we set up the tables and chairs. If using one of our backdrops you understand once delivered and set up it cannot be moved. If you move the backdrop for any reason we reserve the right to charge up to an additional $200. We agree to return at the pre-designated time to retrieve all our decorating items. In the event that any item is missing or damaged you agree to pay the cost of repair or replacement. Linens that have burns, wax, holes, tears, are permanently stained or become otherwise unusable will be billed to you at replacement cost. We clean up our items only. You agree we are not responsible for cleaning of the venue if required or the returning of items including tables and chairs to their original place and/or removal of trash. You agree if booking for an outdoor set-up to have an alternate location available in the event of inclement weather. If no alternate location is available you agree and understand that some or all items may not be available for set up and use. Payment Terms and Conditions: A non-refundable deposit of agreed amount is required to reserve services for your event date. Final payment is due only after decoration setup is complete on agreed date . No items or services will be rendered until we receive the initial deposit . If your event is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason your deposit will remain valid for up to 1 year from the date it was paid. Your event may be rescheduled for any other date subject to our availability . Terms & Conditions for Videography & Photography Contractor will provide video recording services of the above event and deliver the content to the client via online file / video sharing website or flash drive. All work shall be completed in a professional manner, and if applicable, in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws. To the extent required by law all work shall be performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized by law to perform the work. In the event Client shall fail to pay any periodic or installment payment due hereunder, Contractor may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of dispute. Any paid reservation fee is not refundable. Contractor shall not be liable for any delay or loss of data or malfunction of equipment due to circumstance beyond its control. Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Client. Any changes to this document must be signed by both Contractor and Client. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Neither the Client nor the Contractor may assign this Agreement without prior written consent from the non-assigning party. The headings of the sections herein are for convenience only, and shall not affect the meaning of the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Contractor, and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this Agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
